panther cupola

First of all I see I got a couple of new followers welcome guys.

Second new upgrade kit this time a Panzer V Panther cupola, as the Revell kits is missing a vision block and the MG is huge, both the Revell and Dragon kits dont have interior detail and nobody else made replacement parts I made this upgrade for Weefriends.
It will have a new cupola, hatch, handle, MG-34 panzerlauf, MG ring, MG holder and ammo bag.
The small lip in front is only for very late war Panther G it was used for a metal band to connect the IR sight with the gun if not wanted a slice of a knife is all what is needed,  other then that it can be used for both A and G versions of the Panther.
The Mg ring will be cast in white metal so it can be bent around the vision blocks.
That all for today more in a few days.

KV-1K

More KV parts this time, now a conversion for the KV-1K sometimes called KV-10 but this is also another project and I think its the wrong name so I stick with KV-1K, the boxes it self where called KRAST-1, a project to arm KV tanks with more fire power by adding 4 armored boxes with 2 RS-132 rockets each. The elevation was fixed and aiming was done by moving the tank side to side, it is said that accuracy was really bad and thus the reason that it was not put in production, others say the test where successful but the slow reload time out side of the tank and shorter range then other rocket systems, only 600m, also the top rockets can not be fired with the turret turned to the side.
Years ago I made a model of this but it was lost somehow, now that my scratch building skill are better then it was 10 years ago I had a new shot at it this time I made only 1 box and 1 launch rail with rocket then after casting it would be a nice model.
On the under side of the box there are 2 bars remove the first one for the back launcher and the 2th one for the front launcher

KV exhausts

2 KV exhausts for all Trumpeter KV kits, as on the Trumpeter kit the exhaust are molded on with the undercut missing and the exhausts are not open, so I made new ones simple easy replacements. would be for sale soon by Weefriends.

general Grievous 1/72

again a older WIP
so this is General Grievous after Star Wars the clone wars animations, I picked the version from the cartoon for its a bit easier to make, in the Revenge of the Sith he has a lot of pipe line not seen in the The Clone Wars, also in the movie he is walking like a crippled old man with his cape, also looks like one.
still a lot to do and to clean up but its a start.
The sculpt is 1/72
